Over the years we have fielded lots of questions, which we love! Here are a few of the most common for our FAQ.

How many people make a group?

The quick answer is a minimum of 8 people.

Are your packages commissionable?

Any custom program will be quoted at a NET rate so you can add on the profit that’s needed.

What is your deposit/cancellation policy?

This varies for each program. We request 50% due 60 days in advance and the remainder due 30 days prior.  However, it comes down to the specific program and inclusions.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured through AON-Zurich’s Travel Agents and the Tour Operators Professional Liability Program.

What professional organizations are you members of?

We are a legacy partner in Travel Alliance Partners (TAP). We are also members in good standing of the National Tour Association (NTA) and American Bus Association (ABA).
