The quick answer is 8 – “as many as you have”! 😊 The Small Group Getaways program is for 8-20 people.  On occasion we can accommodate even smaller groups.

Yes and no.  The Small Group Getaways are commissionable.  Any custom program would be quoted net and you would add on the profit you need.

This varies for each program. We request 50% due 60 days in advance and the remainder at 30 days prior.  However, it really comes down to the specific program and inclusions.

Yes. We are fully insured through AON-Zurich’s Travel Agents and the Tour Operators Professional Liability Program.

We are an equity partner in Travel Alliance Partners (TAP). Member in good standing the National Tour Association (NTA) and the American Bus Association (ABA).
